planned for the future. In essence this provides your prospective purchaser with a clear
view of the running of the development.
We aim to provide the package within three working days.
Following completion of the sale we ensure that all records are fully updated with the
purchaser's details. If appropriate, we also provide the information required to register the
purchaser at
HM Land Registry, and issue relevant share certificates.
